ICLU Supporting Association

In the spring of 2018, Professor Safferling, together with ICLU staff, founded the “Verein zur Förderung der International Criminal Law Research Unit an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg e.V.”, based in Erlangen.
The non-profit purpose of the association is the promotion of research and teaching at the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in the areas of international criminal law, international criminal law, contemporary legal history and computer crime, especially in their international context. We achieve these goals in particular through the following measures: Promotion of teaching, promotion of guest lectures, promotion of study excursions, promotion of academic and student exchange with foreign institutions, promotion of interdisciplinary exchange, informing the public about historical and current international criminal proceedings.
