Professor Safferling as visiting scholar at Stanford University
For four weeks professor Safferling will be staying at Stanford University in California. He has been invited by the known legal historian professor David Cohen to work as a visiting scholar at the WSD Handa Center for Human Rights & International Justice. To intensify the cooperation between ICLU at FAU and the Handa Center at Stanford is one of the additional aims of the visit. This cooperation pertains not only to questions of criminal law and procedural law but also to “digital humanities”, i.e. the digital development of historic files.
